Laboratory Description
The Language and Society Laboratory is composed of approximately one hundred teacher-researchers, including permanent and associate members (as well as laboratory graduates), and about one hundred doctoral students representing various language departments: French language and literature, Arabic language and literature, and English language and literature. It also brings together specialists from different research fields, including linguistics, sociolinguistics, didactics, literary and cultural studies, semiotics, and discourse analysis.
